This project will centralise and develop the ROS modules required for the open-source rover we are building that uses low-cost, off-the-shelf components. We are looking to work closely with the open-source ROS and robotics community. Code will be developed in line with ROS-I standards.
Users will access 3D models, the parts list, ROS packages and documentation in one place and build the inexpensive rover themselves. Control, planning and localisation will be ruggedised for farm use.
